Hi, 2013 is coming to an end so I will attempt to summarize my year. (I have a strong feeling that I will stop before reaching the end but itz okay)
1) Started a 6-months admin work at Astar and although it gave me quite a lot of valuable experiences, through this admin job, I realised that I dont really like working as an admin person IT'S SO BORING I can't imagine myself doing this job for the rest of my life....
2) Decided on doing engineering (env); took some time to realise that I prefer hands-on stuff I guess haha all the human resource/marketing/biz stuff are not for me and env engineering seems fun! Until now it is still fun I hope I will be able to continue enjoying my course of study for the next 3.5 years although it will be hard x.x
3) Went Taiwan with my girlsss hehe seriously had a lot of fun :) True friends are friends that you dont need to talk frequently with but will still be able to relate to no matter what haha. And we went USS too!
4) Went for many camps in uni, after the first camp, the subsequent ones are boring haha
5) Stayed in hall!! A huge part of my sem1 life. Participated in 3 sports (touchrug, netball, handball) I think hall life doesn't really affect one's studies. Cos I had plenty of time to study/do work. Okay not really plenty of time, but sufficient. Maybe only in RH then; I heard that RH is a mugger hall hahahah and the ccas/activities in hall are usually optional so if you have work to do then you have to make a choice and don't go and have fun lorh. But I can still cope. Next sem will be a different story though cos the work load is a lot heavier than this sem's. But also, next sem will be less hectic after February when IHG ends (for me only haha) cos I only joined sports as my cca.
Okay my life in summary LOL omg so short but I think this is really about it. Doesn't matter I like my life cos I am a lazy girl. People nowadays are very interested in whether one is an introvert or extrovert but I think it is really subjective leh. Cos for me, it depends on who I am with. I have a choice to whether I want to be an extrovert or not. So it is like a selectively and situationally extrovert kind of thing. And I am a girl who has a low patience threshold and am extremely direct lol. If I am not interested I think I make it very obvious. And I am quite self-centred I dont really care about what others think of me as long as I am happy with myself. Yep that's all. Hahaha.
This Christmas I managed to meet up with my 2 biggest groups of friends :) Yay grateful for Christmas.
